Ski Trip Packing Guide: Jackson Hole, Wyoming
There is something so magical about the Teton Mountains. This year, our four-year-old was able to take full day lessons and he loved every minute at The Kids Ranch. I’m not going to lie…it was nice to have a little break and know he was well taken care of!! Lugging kids in their snow gear is no joke. We ate delicious food, drank yummy cocktails and enjoyed our après-ski time. Below are my must have items when packing for the snow:
Snow gear
I found the best fleece lined base layers on Amazon for under $40. They are by Rocky and have several print options. I love my Roxy snow bibs, I have the same pair in two colors. They aren’t the cheapest option out there but are so flattering and warm. Because they are overalls, they keep the snow out of your pants if you end up taking a tumble!!
Après-ski Wear
A ski trip can get tricky when it comes to packing because snow gear takes a lot of space in your luggage. I try to bring a few essentials and interchange these pieces for different looks. A few of my must have pieces are my uber soft and warm Soma fleece leggings and my fleece pullover from Target. Lastly, I packed my favorite blanket scarf by Artizia. There are several print options which adds a fun touch to a basic outfit. Lastly, I live in my Sherpa coat from Gap. It is a few years old so I’ve linked a similar one here.
My cosmetic bag
Whether you are outside skiing or relaxing fireside…moisturizing products are MUST! For my face, I wear Ilia tinted moisturizer which is both hydrating and has 40spf. I can’t live without Biossance eye cream which is plant derived and very hydrating! To prevent chapped lips, I used my go Laneige lip sleeping mask. I know it’s called a sleeping mask, but I use it all day long.
I hope this essentials guide helped you figure out what to pack for your snow trip!! As always, thanks for following along and don’t hesitate to reach out with comments or questions!!
